Hey,

Was just wanting to know, if I go over my telkom account by say 100, will I by capped or is it just if I got over by a few gigs etc.

Thx!

I assume that you mean by 100MB?
It's unlikely that you'd be capped until you've gone a few GIGs over your cap. I go through three Telkom 3Gig accounts every month, each one getting to around 9 or 10 Gigs before they're capped.

Ye I average about 10 GB per month, but I need to know how long I can stay a few 100 megs above cap before they cap it?

Or do they just ignore it until you push to far IE 5+ gigs?

There is no published method behind their madness - at some arbitrary point they'll cap you . . . or they wont. :o

Keep a payg account handy - they dont expire and it means you wont be left without connectivity.

AFAIK, they pool a bunch of accounts. If the pool exceeds a limit, they start capping the accounts in the pool that have gone over cap.

k, so if iv been over by bout 300 for the last 3 days then I probably wont get capped unless I go ape **** :) ?
