Caps - Americans cry.

Sigh.. I read all of that, I saw posts of SA in there.. They didn't comment on our situation :<

I suppose I would get grumpy too if I was accustomed to uncapped... Can anyone say "MWEB"....

I feel your pain. Here in Japan, we just got a cap. Well err... sort of.

It's also 40 gig. And it's per day. And that's purely for uploads. Downloads are still unlimited.

(basically they decided to act, because with 100 Mb or 1 Gb connections into your house, people were using their domestic home connections to host large bittorrent trackers and other such sites - I host several websites at home myself).

I was slightly concerned until someone pointed out to me, that in most other countries, connection speeds aren't even fast enough to upload 40 Gig in a day even if they wanted to. Forgive me, gotta run, I have some serious smirking to do.
