yep...I fink the cd player is bust, coz everyone else I know wiff standard decks have no problems...plus the stuff should be able to withstand harsh rides.
What's your point?:ermoint is...mate has MK2 on coilovers lowered 100mm and his car goes on these bad roads we have and his tape deck does not skip, rendering Rouxenators argument of "harsh rides will obviously skip cd's" totaly untrue!
That's because he is playing tapes as you said

Get a USB input, no CDs no wasted space, easy access, alooot more music.
I just realised my standard cd player has never skipped... funny that if you dont think about it its not a problem....

No they didn't...mate's G4 GTi's deck skips as well, and it changes tracks by itself lol...changed it for a polo one but has cd changer as well...this is WORSE - does not play from changer 1-3, lol
