Car financing opinion

Hi,
i was trying to get car financing from FNB. I just filled out the fhb online application form.
A consultant emailed me back asking for an offer to purchase agreement.
Is that a binding agreement? I was just trying to see if I get a loan in the first place .
So what happens if I go to a dealer and get an offer to purchase agreement and then FNb refuses to give mea loan?

Offer to purchase is just that, an offer to purchase.

You are not obliged to buy the car after signing one. You also don't need to sign one, just get the dealership to mail you one with the price of the car you are looking at buying.

There is a pre approved option as well.

Ask FNB regarding that.
