Sales tactics.. to get you to agree to the in person inspection and then its a lot easier for them to lay on the sales pitch after they give you the significantly lower price they are willing to pay..

Yes for sure, if theres things they can point out. This car is brand spanking new, not a scratch on it. There is nothing to haggle over.

As you are a guy per the internet rules, this is a weak look.

Here is a guide to help
1. Purpose of vehicle? Work home, weekend fun? Are you driver thats want to go to the racetrack or just go for Sunday cruises?
2. How many people and animals do you need to transport? Frequency of said transport, daily or occasionally, sizes of the people and animals?
3. Budget both purchase and running costs including insurance?
4. How much smile factor you get from driving the vehicle. If you not smiling the first time, you wont be enjoying the drive a year later.
5. Risk profile? Do you want to avoid being a high hikack risk or do you not care and will drive want you want?

Well your best car you can buy for that price is a Polo. You can even get a brand new Vivo for that or a fancier secondhand Polo. Unfortunately they come with a theft risk.
If you want reliability, not too expensive services and parts and good secondhand value. Stick to VW or Toyota.
The Suzuki Swift is also a very popular car. Hyundai and Kia is also OK to buy.

If you going for looks, and not the sensible choices, there are many to choose from. I would go for a Haval Jolyon, will probably get only 2022 models, but they are very popular.
