Exactly, and that's what you have always known, that's why you started this thread. They are only asking for a certified one so that the process is fast, you can also certify at the traffic department if you have the seller with you.

yes I've got all the docs, they sorting it out for me.. and no you don't need certified copies of any ID's, some people just ask for them but it's not a legal requirement. (maybe different for different municipalities who knows)
