Car wash nozzle ...

You can try Midas, Autozone or other motor spare outlets. But out of experience that type of spray on and wipe off doesn't really work. Mud and grime you only get off with sponge and elbow grease.
 
I've seen that nozzle, or very similar, at just about every hardware type store imaginable.
