Caractere has debuted its body styling kit for the Volkswagen Scirocco at the Geneva Motor Show. It consists of a front spoiler, a new front grille, a roof spoiler, side vents and door trims as well as a rear spoiler with exhaust.

Although Caractere is known strickly for manufacturing body kits, engine performance mods usually find their way to Caractere dealer in Germany B&B. By way of it's tuning program for the Audi TT, B&B offers five tuning stages for the 2.0-litre TFSI engine. For the first stage the application goes from the standard 147kW to about 176kW and 340Nm. For that power you pay R13200. The following stage 2 which takes power up to 188kW and gives out 360Nm of torque is priced at R26400. Stage 3 costs R78600 but takes the car over the 200kW mark with 210kW and 400Nm of torque.

If all that is still not enough there are two final stages called EVO and EVO R. Stage EVO offers 220kW with 420Nm of torque to go with while the last stage EVO R makes peak power of 257kW and a whopping 450Nm of torque. The EVO stage is priced at R131500 and the EVO R takes the price tag all the way to R263500.

This will be a tuners dream car!!!
Problem is these design houses are showing how nice the car can look, and it really makes the standard look ugly now!!!

You must be blind to think they look similar...

Well, as facsimile a faximile as one can expect from VW :p

But the old Astra still looks a bit better, despite being so dated and with Opel being the only profitable marquee in the GM stable.

You cant put VW rimz on a Opel!!!

Lol but you wrong still... just because they both have wheels, 2 doors, lights and mirrors doesnt mean the look the same.
The lights are different, the wheel arches are different, the doors, the bonnet agh you wasting my time...

Its like when a girl thinks every red sportscar is a Ferrari.

Nah it's too flat - like a manta ray.

So a Lambo must be a pancake?

Lol its cool its cool...
You guys have no taste!:)
And I hope the others dont like it aswell, coz I want one and dont want it to be a tampon on the road!!

Yes - that is wasting a perfectly good car with inferior rims.

the bonnet agh you wasting my time...
Listen on the topic of the bonnet, is may not be a copy of the Astra, but it is a copy of the Corsa Mk3/C (old shape after the lite). So yet again they copied Opel.

Seriously - you have Porsche to proof it - VAG designers are lazy. And VW is boring.

nah i like it, but from the side angle it DOES kinda look like an astra - but I like astra's!

they copied from opel like your sig is copied from DJK. a semi-half-ass job :D

Come to think of it, they both (JK8 and DJK) copied their names from Motorola....

They had the Moto-GTI model between the MOTO-JK8 and MOTO-DJK :p
All three zold with an aftermarket zyztem from AudioScene :D
