Career Choice

Hi Guys

I hope the new year has been good for you guys so far.

I work as a network administrator for the current company that I work for, they have this "Personal development plan" that they want us to do and some of those options is to pick something to study for career advancement. I am stuck in choosing want to do I have two options either study Certified Ethical Hacking or Software development, I am playing around with python a lot so basically what I want to do is to develop hybrid apps and I know that I have to know html+css+javascript in order to archive that. My question is:

1. How difficult is it to study html+css+javascript? and which would be the best school enroll on a course to do it bearing in mind that I am employed full time.

2. How difficult is it to study CEH? and which would be the best school to study it also bearing in mind that I am employed full time.

PS: My other plan was to start my own company this year as well

Depends what type of company you want to start. Unless it's security related, the software route will will much, much more useful.

It really depends what you want to do. If you're fine sitting behind a PC everyday typing 12 hours a day

What is the content of the hacking course?

You won't grasp most of the concepts in the hacking course if you don't understand the basics of a website and how it works. Rather do the html/css/js course.
