"THE ABC OF ADSL" under the "test house" section on pages 192 and 193, and "TELKOM's MONOPOLY STRANGLEHOLD" (love that headline) on page 194, which is an excellent article that really spells it out to the un-informed and is, imo, quite hard-hitting.
