Is it just that Telkomonopoly want to keep prices artificially inflated to create a demand with their legislated monopoly position, whilst keeping the country in the dark ages...
Thats it! They carefully control what they bring to market in order to keep prices inflated as high as possible. Since they are a monopoly they control the supply, and thereby the demand.
Why is it that you must pay more for a higher speed, and then more per gig? Surely you should only be charged for one or the other?
