While bored yesterday, I came up with this app. It showcases most of South Africa's best cartoons, Zapiro, Madam & Eve etc. At the moment it shows cartoons from up till 3 days ago but I'm working on getting older archives integrated.

Suggestion (I've no idea if it would be an easy change or not):
If you click on a cartoon it zooms in and landscapes the view which is great. How difficult would it be to make that screen scrollable, or to add links to the next and previous cartoons? Basically, to make it so thtat you don't have to go back and zoom into the next cartoon, but simply scroll or click to go to the next one.

Great idea will add that feature in the next update.

Nobody cares about Android.


Couple of things:
1. I pressed back one too many times and the screen went black (you have to press back every time you are done with a cartoon). Happened about the third time I did it.

2. Is it possible to add a "Next" button or swipe to go to the next Cartoon without having to go back to the main menu?

1. I replicated the issue on my side, this will be solved when I add the next/swipe function.
 
Oh, another feature suggestion:

Add more cartoons. I'm thinking of XKCD, unless you want to keep it limited to SA cartoons. You can then add a settings menu where the user can select which cartoons he wants to see.

For now it's just SA cartoons.
 
Feature suggestion:

Please add a "like" button which will then create a "popular" category, accessible by swiping left or right. That may be more practical when it goes back more than 3 days though.

For cartoons from specific cartoonists?

Yep. I bet from that you could also draw on which cartoonists are popular. Excuse the pun.
EDIT: Its just to help weed out all the not so great ones.

I just added the new update so expect it go live in a couple of hours from now. You can use the buttons in the application bar to navigate or you can tap the image to go next and hold the image to go back.
