What does CL mean when they talk about in the DDR3 and is it only in DDR3... e.g.
OCZ PC3-12800 DDR3 6GB Intel®i7 Edition Low-Voltage Triple Channel 3x2GB Kit - Profile 1: 1600MHz CL 8-8-8-24 1.65 Volts, Profile 2: 1800MHz 9-9-9-28 1.65 Volts
I Googled it but I'm still confused... This is the exact RAM I'm going for is 1600 reasonable?

RAM Timings Explained

And DDR3-1600 is perfect for an Intel Core i7 920 overclocked to 4GHz.

CL does refer to latencies, CL8 for example (usually) refers to 8-8-8-24 and CL9 (usually) refers to 9-9-9-27. There are slight variances.
