Cashing in at just the right time

One has to wonder how and why mxit ever got sold..

A right time to sell Microsoft

Would you mind unpacking that statement, since the company is still growing, and making absolute billions in profit...

Or do you hate MS so much that you would make a retarded financial decision?

So you would wait until they were in decline before selling?

I first thought of Mark Shuttleworth selling Thawte when I read the article heading

Not at all... but they still have large volumes of growth so it's definitely not a time to sell if you own shares
It is the best time to sell shares. Microsoft not going to take over mobile market with such unstable product like Windows 10 and constant malware auto updates upsetting more and more customers. Since Windows CE Microsoft is facing failure after failure on the mobile market. The last failed attempt is Nokia. Wndows 10 is a desperate attempt to use their dominance on the desktop market to take over mobile market, but they are playing roulette pulling all assets on one scale and investors do not like to be part of gambling. When investors see the next major Windows 10 similar to the previous two 'releases' they will think twice, but once they see desktop market under threat, they will look elsewere.

I don't hate Microsoft, I am using Windows XP and I wish them well as long they respect customer rights. With XP I don't have to use third-party solutions to enforce my rights. However I know that company is not able peacefully coexist in a competetive market space. In fact, they never have been successful in such environment. They will either take over mobile market or go down. With a poor service and lack of product they can't be successful.
