Cataclysm BETA invite

I just received a message on my e-mail that i have been invited to the Cataclysm BETA, and then i though it was a scam first.. so i did not follow the link they showed me on the e-mail, i went to login on my official account from battle.net and there it was!! World of Warcraft Cataclysm BETA account activated.

Checked on my girlfriends mail, and she also got it!

Anyone else got lucky?
 
Well this invite is weird, says you only got 24hours to test BETA :(

Atleast i can still preview it, just getting my client ready.
 
Ouch sorry dude - start with the Goblin starting area - it rocks!
Worgen area is just depressing :/
 
No idea what i did, i was reading my e-mails still and received this Cataclysm Invite.. i almost deleted it, normally my Gmail shows a red bar ontop showing its scam, this time was difrent :) And logged in with my account on battle.net and there it was, Same happend with my GF so we both got lucky at the same time.
 
I also got mine today.

Freakin downloads are HUGE! Can't wait to check out my mage :D

Doesnt it say it will be available on yr battlenet acc within 24hrs of you having recieves the email ?

I'm with Zippy on this one, pretty sure you misread the invite. The 24hrs refers to the max time it takes to activate the beta on your account not how long you can play the beta for.

Alright, well thats ok, To bad Worgen and Goblin Area's is still bugged reach level 5 with both and cant move forward.

You dowloaded 15GB to play 5 levels on each toon ?? :eek:

Does the rest of the game work though ?

If i can get my level 80's transfered over there is probally more todo then, but still waiting for it to appear.

I have just been exploring and checking stormwind etc.. and the new spawning of each race and new quest, nothing much todo realy.
 
Also played a bit with me mage and it was a lot of fun :D Really looking forward to Cata now!

Flying in Azeroth is so much win! :D
 
I also got my beta inv :D

But, sadly it's a bit big to download, if there's anybody willing to right this onto DVD, I'll gladly pay for it, and send a courier around to collect :D
