How can I connect to an open Wifi that is approximately 100m from my apartment? My apartment is quite elevated (5th floor) and I believe to have a clear line of sight to the source router. However, I don't have physical access to the source router.

I was thinking of using the TP-Link 5Ghz 300Mbps 13Dbi 2X2 Outdoor CPE to try and catch the signal. Will this work?
Are there any other suggestions to boost the wifi signal without access to the source router?

sounds dodgy bro... on the source end you would need to install a more powerful antennae imo

I did a test once with a Mikrotik SXT, I am sure it was over 100m but hard to tell as the place I connected to has AP's across the whole property.

Another thing was they limit the free wifi to 1mbit so couldnt really test it well :)

No it won't. You RECEIVE a wi-fi signal, you don't grab it and pull it towards you.

buy a cheap usb wifi dongle, stick the antenna in a pringles container, point it at the router.
then you can also call yourself a 1337 H4XOR.

honestly you are wasting your time with this one, you are investing in less than 1% of whatever is remaining from all the other people using that openwifi.

maybe if you provided more detail about the site, or why you want to connect to it, there could be an alternative.

I can't see this open Wifi having 5 Ghz. 2.4 Ghz is better for longer distance. But really 100m, to far.

100m is nothing for WIFI. Wifi connections can be setup over many tens of kilometers with the correct equipment and line of sight.
