I am thinking of using it for a budget installation.

Would not advice that, you will run into problems at some point.
Go google on why not to use CCA cables ever.

Cost of CCA cable: 50% saving or more.
Cost of CCA cables including installation cost: 20% saving.
Long term - no saving.

During my last network installation technician made a mistake cutting 25m long cable short. It was a final part. The 305m box I bought myself in Rectron is finished. He has offered to use supplied by his employer (Telkom) CCA cable. OK in emergency. The cable lost a sync @1Gbps after few hours, dropping to 100Mbps and Ubiqiiti PoE AP was hanging, it required frequent restarts, few times a week. Replacing plugs didn't help.
