CCMA waiting time

Anybody have an idea of how long the waiting time for a date from the CCMA (JHB) is for Conciliation or Mediation?

For example:
If documents were submitted today, how long to advise a date for the hearing, and how far away will the hearing date be?

I'm also involved in a labour matter and my lawyer told me it takes about 3 weeks or so to get a hearing date.
