I got a battery from Geewiz, 8ah normal alarm battery. When the power goes, that battery fall to 11.58,then my cctv device start to scream. Can I adjust the voltage settings somewhere, is it a dud battery, or are the battery too small.
This is a 16 channel one and I only hear that at night when the camera pulls the infrared.

That is generally what happens to batteries the voltage drops when load comes on, this sounds like you've not specced the battery for the application.

I got a 8aH battery.
about a minute after the power goes, the cctv starts to peep. I have a 10 amp 12V power supply. about 5 minute after it start to beep, I go there and measure 11.5 volt on the battery, cut the battery and system dies. I do have 7 camera's on of which 2 is hikvision color eye , which got a bright led light.
I was wondering if one could adjust the threshold of the voltage alarm on the software.

Generally not when it drops to 11.5

You're passing the danger zone there. Get a bigger battery as you're going to kill that one really really quickly

So I wonder if I bought a dut from Geewiz,

Read what Lupus is typing, if you don't understand ask the man, stop wasting his time, he is trying to help you.

Your battery is too small.
