Cell C ‘considers' 3G offering

This could be a very good thing for Virgin Mobile as well. It will be great if Virgin Mobile could use Cell-C's 3G network.

Only thing that worries me is the fact that Virgin Mobile's Call rates on the website states GPRS/EDGE = 50c/MB. Hopefully that doesn't mean that they will have a different price per MB for 3G.

I used CellC's Edge and I just have to say that it must be the slowest thing after dialup...infact: I think dial is faster!

I've used normal GPRS and it's been faster than dialup, I think, haven't used dialup in years luckily lol.
