Cell c and it's service issues

Hi I'm utterly disappointed cell c and it's run around and not willing to process refunds and the back office that doesn't exist you can't contact them nor can they contact you, how does this thieving company steal money from people and call them selfvess a company they should be taken to task and a new billboard should be put up with regards to their pathetic service
