Does anyone know if this will also be applicable to their top up customers? I wouldn't be surprised if it isn't. It seems like cell phone service providers only care about new customers and screw their loyal ones over.

CellC TopUp contracts are actually just standard prepaid. The SIMM allocated is a standard prepaid that requires no special activation and they just credit your number with virtual airtime once your payment has gone through each month.

Found this out last year when I renewed my daughters TopUp and took out a 2nd TopUp for my maids son.
