Since the latest update to the app I can no longer see my other cell c number's . On the old app all my number's were listed and I could see all the balances.
 
Since the last update I can't even open the app, it just immediately closes again.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled, rebooted and updated - still the same. I get the small circle with a woman's face for a second or so and then it just goes back to my main screen. Xiaomi Redmi 8 on Android 10.

Please note that the new Cell C App is being rolled out in phases, with new features being added gradually after thorough testing to ensure a smoother and more secure experience for all users.

In the meantime, you can still access your account and manage standard features via our online portal at https://www.cellc.co.za using the same login credentials as the app.

I found the old apk version of cellc, deleted the new app and reloaded the original version. Problem solved.
 
I've uninstalled the app. Just going to stick to the website, the app is useless to me now.
