This post is to serve as warning against the uselessness of cell c accounts and system and honesty of staff.
September
We get a new credit cards as old one has expired we go into cell c greenstone to update details so we have no issues.
November
Get a call saying why haven't we paid?? Somehow we were changed to cash payments. So we update credit card details again they tell us will come off end November. (2nd time)
Next weekend we go into cell c Eastgate and get them to check all details are correct. They say all is fine (3rd time)
December
This week try make a call get call bared on the screen so we phone 140 to find out what has happened. They say we haven't paid WTF??. Then we tell them the above story and they say not there fault AGAIN WTF.. Great customer service. Finally after speaking to 4th agent on that day, Get someone with some ability and they update the Credit Card Details again (4th time). She says they will manually process it, But she lied on other issues, she said they were unable to make call backs... which has been proved wrong by today's operator.
Today
Suddenly calls bared again. Phone 140 again. Speak to operator who says she needs auth from main account holder (my wife), which proves previous operator lied. She says it will sorted in 30min. Will have to wait and see.
But come contract end BYe-BYE cell C
Also complained to Tell Trevor - Seems nothing happens with that.
Need a Poll Re billing ect on best cell phone provider for accounts issues....
