poor cell c speeds

i am in Port Elizabeth and was happy with speeds,as off last its downhill all the way.keeps on disconnecting and only get edge when i at my home although it shows wcmda with about 90% strength signal but as soon as i connect it drops back to edge WTH is going.
cell c tech agent called me and says its my processor what a joke.
any one any ideas of how to fix this irritating problem?
cell c come see for your self and fix the problem in my area

@ limbah, problem areas have been identified, especially in the Musgrave, Berea, Morningside.. just got confirmation that there are tests being done, and after the neccessary optimization have been carried out, the speeds will improve.. will keep ypu posted. -DM-

Dont forget to include Glenwood or Umbilo area...am having really poor speeds! Now is manageable. Even the tech lady who phoned me said that i'm close to a tower and should not be experiencing the non-internet i've been having. Must be network congestion...

Eagle Canyon, Honeydew is a problem.

I have emailed at least 5 times and recieved 2 promises of a mail/call back but it never happens.

it took me a while but i finally realised something: we're all being emphatically screwed by cell c. i'm gonna give it a few more weeks to improve, and if it doesn't, demand a refund all angry-customer-like.
