I don't have any sources inside any of the networks regarding that, so my guess is never.

Being a blackberry abuser myself and downloading between 1 and 5gigs of data a day and this is not porn (seen one porn then you have seen it all) i must say that i left cellc months ago. There speeds are crap. They are taking on far to many subscribers and can not keep up with demand and now they blaming the blackberry abusers. Why is it that people every where are having issues with this network. The networks are losing money and the funny thing is this, the data we down loading comes through a different portal (BB servers).

The networks are just P-OFF cause they cant make money out of it. Are you aware that 99% of all blackberries have a built in restriction in them from the network. They dont tell you that cause they know you would download lots of things and this would mean they lose revenue. Guess how happy the networks are now that BB Z10 is out and Q10 is on its way. Give us uncapped 3G data and this abuse wont happen for long (lol) or better yet give us uncapped at night only and the networks will function much better during the day. oh one last thing to thing to think about, the guys working at these networks are about 70-80% of the abusers.

Get uncapped ADSL? Cell networks are not meant for this purpose bro.
