My girlfriends mother upgraded recently, decided to get a blackberry. They had a Curve at the same price point that she was paying for her contract and decided to take that contract. Had to wait for the phone. 3 weeks later the phone has still not arrived, so when inquiring they said they will give her the 8520 instead. So she said she wanted the one with 3G that she was supposed to get. So the guy helping her told her, and I quote: "You are an old lady. What do you want with 3G? You don't need it." Manager has been informed and complained to, and he does nothing as well. This was about 2 months ago. People, please stay away from Cell C, especially the one in Mall@Reds. They are rude and give worse than the worst service. As nice as their branding and shop front has become, that's how rotten their customer service has become.
