Cell C cancelled

Today I cancelled my Cell C package. Why?, They charge me R310 for 2 GB!! I have been struggling to upgrade my package for the last 4 months to a R99 deal that is showing on their webpage. They cannot even provide this deal!

When I phoned them to cancel, the person was trying to convince me to stay with them and they will resolve the dispute.

Why do they suddenly want to resolve it?

They are crooks and I will never recommend anybody to Cell C!
 
The R99 package is probably only for new customers. I never had any issues with them, but every network is area-dependent.

You got excuses. Whenever I've dealt with Cell-C it's always just silence. Lucky you :)
Can't blame the staff though, basically Cell-C has gone from being something of a 'consumer champion' pushing for simpler and lower rates to being the slipperiest eel in the cesspool. OOB hike + 25kb min charge + hiking call-rates secretly. All highly dubious legally. Hope they are ready for the flurry of CPA claims.
 
Yea I also cancelled my contracts with them.

They where nice once back in those trevor noah days.

But lately I find Vodacom way more superior both in price and network stability.

Sorry Cell C, but I tried fighting for you guys. (Just not worth defending a loss cause anymore.)
