Cell C Contract Termination.

Today at just after 8am I called Cell C to terminate my contract that ends 2 November 2020.
After waiting and speaking to a consultant I was told that I will be put through to the retention department as they must terminate it. I WAITED ENDLESSLY without any assistance. I made numerous calls without any joy. So eventually I called the call centre again and was told I can go to a store.
So after 4pm I go to Vangate Mall. Stood I a queue and was told they can't do it in store.
What a joke. They can offer you and complete a contract but cannot terminate.
So after the manager called it was a waiting game again. Eventually the gave me a termination form to complete. Now I hope this will be accepted.
I find this service pathetic and I will rufuse to pay after the 2nd of November 2020.
Imagine that you must wait during your working hours for an hour and more but still not get assisted.
Makes me wonder why the termination department is so busy??
Cell C's after sales service is pathetic. This will mean that if ever I do take out a contract it WILL NOT BE Cell C.
Your service stinks.

They kept deducting money for 6 months AFTER termination.
Reversed the payment each time.
Finally closed the bank account......
 
Oh gosh really when you call a call centre always get the person you spoke withs name so you deal with 1 person constantly. If they didn't give you help you escalate it and write that persons name also. So when you finally deal with someone on top you got all the details of the people you spoke to. But leme guess you ran into the cell c shop super angry like a Karen and wanted to speak to the manager. That's why they not they couldn't help you but DIDN'T want to help you. Be nice people. Be nice. Goodbye.
 
For your information. Suppose you think and assume. Lol
The assistant referred me to the manager that did help me. She made me complete a form and said she wiil call me the next day. So 3 days later she still did not call.
How's that for service.
