Cell C Coverage

Anyone Cell Customers experiencing problems with making calls. I can receive call, but cannot make any call, except calling the Cell C helpdesk. First operator indicated that my outgoing calls might be blocked, which was not the case, second help desk operator indicated that for the last hr they have experienced problems on their network, Western Cape & Gauteng customers are calling in.

Thanks rpm, my service was restored a few minutes ago, will be watching this thread to see what the problem was...
 
I've had issues where the phone doesn't ring nor is answered but the seconds are counting as if in a call.
 
MY 3g HAS BEEN VERY INTERMITTENT. Apparently they have a problem in the Western cape.
 
On friday I couldn't make calls or send and receive data. Checked my balance and saw that I had R0.00 airtime and 0.0mb available, which was odd since I had load a 1gb bundle and R100 airtime some time earlier in the week. Phoned the call centre was informed that their system shows that I had about 850mb left and R43.00 in airtime, yet I got the load airtime message when I tried to make a call. In the end I switch my phone off, took the sim and battery out for 5mins and everything went back to normal.
