Cell C Customer Care Line always busy

I phone Cell C's s 140 line quite often to check my available minutes as I like being on top of things.

The questions is this: Why does the line ALWAYS say - we are currently experiencing high call volumes......???? even though it is in the morning 05:00 Am? :confused:

I usually phone late in the evening. Sometimes you wait for 8 minutes, but it's much better than in the morning or afternoon.
