Last week Thursday I sent 3 emails to customer services of cell-c 2 about no coverage and 1 about a billing inquiry. Up to today I have not even received an acknowledgement of the emails send.
This morning I phoned 140 to speak to an operator, but that fails all the time as well, looks like the Trevor effect is disappearing and the hawk is getting blind to its customers
