Cell C Data Issues East Rand Area

Can anyone in the East Rand with slow response and packet loss respond. The network is unusable for the last 2 weeks. I have tried to log calls but the call center is useless they just drop the call. Intermittend slow response and packet loss. This is a local ping:sick:
