Cell C has extended a variety of its data promotions to 30 April 2013, including its R99 for 2GB per month on 24-month SIM-only contract

Well it's good news they are increasing the validity of the promotion but nothing seems to be done about the actual network.When I 1st started using Cell C speeds were great but now they are they below average

No, you will need to buy a new Giga 200 Sim. That's just the way it is.

I will finish that 2GB rubbish in a matter of hours... 2GB is what I get for my old phone - the Samsung Galaxy Y Pro. The S3 runs on a 5GB monthly topup.
