Cell C data reset a day early?

New Data Allocated Before Month End

Today is 31st January 2013 , i.e still JANUARY but I have been allocated my 2gigs for FEBRUARY already . Yesterday I still had 1Gig remaining for January and budgeted to use it today before my new Data allocation which should come into effect only midnight today !! CellC has thus effectively stolen 1Gig from me ! Looks like they don"t realize some months have 31 days (and what on earth is going to happen in FEB ??!!) . This is robbery and I wonder how much Data they have stolen from other unsuspecting Customers ??? CellC EXPLAIN PLEASE !!! Time to implement a carry-over of unused Data if you can"t handle Data allocations on the correct day of the Months !!!!!!

Hi,

For some lines data is allocated after 30 days from the time you received the initial data and that is dictated by activation date as such you won't have fixed date of data allocation and it will vary based on the activation date, please send us the cellc number in question so that we can check.

Doesn't make much sense if Data allocation is done randomly as per your explanation - maybe then you need to send sms a day or two before New Data is allocated so I can use all my Data BEFORE you randomly terminate it ! Anyway I would appreciate you investigating my predicament . Have pm my data no.

mine also reset showing me I have 5gig peak to use however I couldn't but at at midnight I was able to use it
