Cell C DATA Simcard lost

Im still disappointed with Cell C data service!!! My brother lost the 24Gig data Simcard in April while he was only used it for 3 moths and they refused the do simswap for it because he ddnt have the receipt of purchace while the simcard is rica'ed on his name! (durban, workshop)

you say the sim is rica on his name ?
do you know the number of the sim ? should be on box ?

Lost my data sim as well. Shop did a sim swop and only required my ID book(Menlyn Pretoria)
