Is anyone else having problems with Cell C data in the past few days? I've been with them for a few years now, no real complaints. Then I bought a new Giga 200(50+150) data sim about a month ago, and everything proceeded as per usual but then on Theusday my internet speeds crashed. It was like someone just flipped a swith and like that I was practically on EDGE speeds, like it was 2005 or something.
I tried the sim in different devices and get the same results, and tried an MTN sim in the same devices and it works fine - so it's not a hardware issue. I also get the same signal strength(rssi) as I normally see, but the actual speeds are rubbish.

Im in Pretoria, what is happening - do I need to go in for a sim swap maybe, am I being throttled for some reason? I'm at the end of my rope with this - any advise?
(P.S. - I'm posting this from an MTN account as the Cell C one won't even laod this website anymore)
