Cell C - Dial Straight to Voicemail

Hi, does anyone know how to do this currently? A while ago, you used to be able to add "13" into the number to do this, but it doesn't work anymore.

i.e. 074 13 xxx xxxx does not work anymore....

Actually, it's not working... The voicemails do not go through to the recipient...

This doesn't seem to work for me. I don't know if it matters, but I am calling from an MTN phone, and wish to dial into a Cell C subscriber's voicemail box. Kindly assist.
