Cell C direct returns policy

I'm writing on behalf of my 70 year old friend. She was contacted by Cell C direct towards the end of her contract and offered a new handset. She explained about her poor eyesight and they said they will send her an appropriate handset. On opening the parcel after delivery she found a minute little Nokia touch-screen phone, I believe it's a Nokia Asha 503. What is the returns policy with Cell C direct, or what can she do to get a different handset such as the Microsoft Lumia 535? I'm with Vodacom and they have a two week no questions asked return policy for Vodacom Direct customers.
