Cell C, doesnt care

Well done Cell C on becoming another large corporate who does not care at all

I have a speedstick @ home whereas i am in my 5'th month now with them and I get my data on a monthly basis from them

I did not received this month data, contacted them on the 9'th of March 2011 almost nearing the end of the month and still they have not credited my data

I went and bought myself 3 Gig Data and applied for dsl at home as well, as a business man I would say this is pathetic I have complained 3 times on hello peter and all I get is we are sorry about the inconvenience and we are looking into the matter

All I know is I am taking my speedstick end of month to the nearest cell c store and I am gonna tell them to stuff it where the sun dont shine

This is the worst service I have received from any company clearly cell c cannot handle the load

Sjoe. 14 minutes response time. Not too shabby.

The most important part, though, is in how long it takes to sort out the problem such that the customer is satisfied...

Please make sure the data I bought for R400 does not go away or you will have a even more unhappy client, I am actually expecting a refund on this seeing that I had to buy data and did not get my monthly amount

I would just like to thank Cell C for their awesome support you guys are so good

I wouldn't even recommend you to my dog, at least I have telkom at home now they not the best but at least you get some kind of support from them unlike Cell C

I submitted a complaint on 9'th March 2011 still nothing
