The information above is from a document that I received from Discovery. When I phone Cell C they have no clue what I am talking about? This deal replace the deal Vitality had with Autopage from 1 Jan 2013.

i am not surprized by that, I have found most of call centre agents on the cell networks are the last people to know about the specials, promotions and changes in their companies. I put the blame on the management, not the agent.
