Hi all, I wanted to confirm if cell c can do the below, they changed my contract and gave me a 50 rands discount and removed 2000 minutes

Is this legal

Dear Valued Customer, we are simplifying our product offerings and removing some old plans. Your current plan Pinnacle Unlimited will change to Pinnacle Premium 10GB by 31-Oct-19 for a decreased subscription of R1049pm but giving you benefits of 3000 Mins, 10 GB data, and 3000 SMSs. Received the same message from them, at first I thought it was a joke but after the laughter calmed down realised they actually being serious with this.

I'm sure this can't be legal, just feels like daylight robbery under an orange sun.

I thought a contact means the offering is fixed.

If it's not then wtf is the point of signing a contract then?

Seems they don't consider client issues relevant but if they have something to sell calls flood in :thumbsdown::thumbsdown::thumbsdown:
