Cell C finalises big MTN roaming deal

Cell C has announced that its roaming agreement with MTN has been fully implemented.

"Cell C is delighted to announce the completion of the national rollout of MTN roaming, following diligent work from the working teams over the last few months," said Cell C CEO Jose Dos Santos.

Picking up Cell C LTE/4G. There was none before. Pity they've nothing that beats Telkom's prepaid offers.

It does work well. However on mybroadband speedtest it seems to be capped at 5Mbps down?

Just checked and I'm still at 2 bar which regularly goes down. Seems that Cell C does not deem it an urban area and yet it's not a metro area so they don't want to roll out additional coverage.
