Hi All

I recently decided to go back to cell c after finishing the 8ta 60gb+60gb deal.

The deal costs R1799, i loaded the money on the sim, guess i got confused with how i did the 8ta bundle purchase. Only tofind no option to purchase the data deal.

Spoke to customer care and they say i have to purchase a new sim card with the 200gb preloaded. So the question is how do I get out of this mess of sitting with R1800 on a sim and only mediocre bundle purchase options. :(

Welcome, took a while for that 1st post :)

They should have explained this to you before you bought it. Did you do the loading etc in store? If so, go back there and argue with them, but I doubt you'll come right.

R1800 school fees. All operators are useless- it's up to you to know WTF is going on and how to get anything done. Calling the call centre is a lottery- every time I get different answers. This is the same with CellC, MTN and Telkom.

Good luck.

He had a sim, h buys R1800 airtime. What does the store and explaining have to do with anything?

I hope you bought the airtime in the week :P Then you will get that weekend special airtime - then you can at least use that to buy more data! :P

But yeah, crappy scenario man. Try sell the sim card with the money on for a few hundred rand less than is on it? :P Your selling point can be that they won't need to go through the schlep of RICA :)
