On signing a top up contract I was asked if I'd like to activate international roaming and wrote it down as such but when communicating with customer care they say it's only possible on an open line.
Does that mean if I have a top up contract that has a recurring wifi calling bundle I won't be able to use it overseas?
I'm told it will still work?
Can the Cell C rep please advise?
