Cell C internet problems

Lately I have been problems connecting to webpages and certain apps on my Samsung Galaxy S4. The screenshot below shows the error I get when I try to connect to any websites except Google.

This problem started in the middle of March so I waited for today (1st April) so that my data could recharge (I get 1 GB a month) to see if the problem was related to me reaching some sort of cap. Unfortunately, the problem still persists as can be seen from the image above.

Please someone advise a fix for this.

EDIT: It seems like the image is failing to upload. When I try to access a website using Chrome or any other browser on my phone, I get the following error:

Got the error: Server Error
While trying to obtain: http://www.cracked.com/
Connection refused

Same problem, even today i can't even roam on vodacom's internet
