Cell C ipad Hotspot

Hi all,

Yesterday purchased a Cell C 100gb simcard.

If i put it into my ipad 3 the wifi hot spot option disappears.. If i put back my Vodacom sim card that option reappears. Both prepaid.

From what i can gather this is an operator enabled function.

I have also just ported my android phones to Cell C they dont have hotspot issues.

Any ideas, as this does not make much sense ?
