cell C is robbing me, please help me someone, please

This month cell c withdrew twice the amount owed to them from my account. I contacted them and it was verified that the error was on their side, but guess what, instead of refunding my money, cell c says they will rather sell me data for that over drawn amount, that's none sense:
I don't need more data than the amount I signed up for
The mistake was with you, not me, don't force data down my throat

All im asking is can anyone on the forum help me please, im sure the are consumer rights against this kind of nonsense, please im begging....

Dude, just open your ICASA case now.

And ask your bank to return your money for the illegal debit order then put a stop order in place.
