Cell C loses three top executives

Three top executives are leaving Cell C.

This includes the company’s:

- Chief financial officer Tyrone Soondarjee.
- Chief procurement and property officer Sherhaad Kajee.
- Chief digital officer Nihmal Marrie.

Soondarjee joined Cell C on 1 July 2017, and his departure at the end of May means he would have been at the company for 11 months.

When I was shopping for a new contract last year their prices were way above Telkom's.

They couldn't have been up to much anyway because Cell C hasn't improved much, if at all over the years. I used them for a while but not anymore and have no intention of ever going back until they become more competitive. Rapid staff turn around is just a recipe for disaster.

Two of the staff resigned for personal reasons, one to join the family business, the other because he has cancer.

Hardly an exodus, more like bad luck.

New directions for Cell C? During the last two years I didn't see any innovations and Giga 100/365 price increased 50%, forcing me switching to Telkom.
