That's true can't find it either.
Main reason is that it comes when you request the setting.
But as the N9 not on our system you wont receive it.
I will ask them to update it.

I did receive MMS & GPRS settings OTA when I inserted my Cell-C SIM yesterday, but the SMSC is normally stored on the SIM card.
Maybe it was in the part of the SIM I had to cut off to get it to fit into my new phone.

I will ask them to update it.
